Powers Creek Church in West Kelowna, BC is seeking a full-time Teaching Pastor to partner with us in fulfilling our mission to make disciples.

We are easily visible along the highway leading into West Kelowna, in the heart of the beautiful Okanagan Valley. Our calendar bustles with over a dozen regular activities that reach into our neighbourhood. Our NextGen children’s ministry is alive with several dozen children. We have celebrated baptisms and times of renewal over the last year. We sought to meet challenges with grace and truth.

The ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate a passion for teamwork;
• Have experience in family ministries;
• Offer a developed strategy for discipleship among all age groups;
• Oversee our teaching and pastoral care ministries;
• Eagerly partner with the Board to discern mission and vision;
  
  

The candidate will be a lifelong learner with minimally an undergraduate degree appropriate to the role. He will have a heart for smaller churches and affirm our doctrinal statement, core values, and EMCC partnerships.
