Learn the art of asking better questions to help accomplish good next steps in obedience to Jesus' mission. Track one focuses on One-to-One Coaching skills with the aim of maximizing the future ministry performance of someone else.

The Training days include some lecture, as well as demonstration sessions and skill development exercises that create basic competency to begin coaching.

The schedule will be Monday from 9 am to 5 pm and Tuesday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
