As EMCC’s Lead Regional Minister, Brian steps out first to help followers of Jesus live on mission by modelling, coaching, catalyzing, resourcing, and networking. Brian is based in Western Canada.
John Estabrooks
John serves part-time as a Regional Minister with the EMCC in the Western Region while continuing as Lead Pastor of Bonavista Church in Calgary, Alberta. He deeply values the ministry of presence, and the opportunity to support pastors, leaders, and congregations through both difficult and hopeful moments in ministry life.
Heinz Janzen
Heinz serves as the EMCC Multiplication Initiative Coordinator, with a primary focus on assisting churches in the multiplication of churches that reflect contextual expressions. He also serves as a part-time Regional Minister in Alberta.
