Heinz Janzen
Church Multiplication Initiative Coordinator
Heinz serves the EMCC as the Church Multiplication Initiative Coordinator. His primary focus is on assisting EMCC churches with the multiplication of churches that reflect contextual expressions.
Heinz sensed the call into ministry in the mid to late 1990s after serving the local church as a licensed Lay minister for several years. He entered Seminary in Edmonton, AB, in 2003 to complete the M.Div. in Pastoral Leadership degree.
He has served churches in both full-time and part-time capacities, as an interim Pastor, and as a volunteer in para-church organizations.
Spending time with his wife Tamara, their two adult children, and four grandchildren is at the top of the list of things that bring him joy. His hobby in car restoration brings satisfaction on days off from the everyday life of ministry.
