This paper is the first of five publications prepared by John Cressman and the World Partners Team to help our denomination better comprehend the EMCC’s position in the landscape of global missions.
Expanding on the idea of “His Mission, Our Mission - His Priority, Our Priority,” the authors review EMCC’s origins, the recent EFC report on EMCC Mission Sending, and J.D. Payne’s essay ‘The Mission of God’ in Missiology for Missions Pastors, and assert the local church is the major player in deploying global workers today.
