Children’s Ministries Guest Services Coordinator (PT)

Centre Street Church is looking for a Children’s Ministries Guest Services Coordinator at Central Campus to join our team. The focus of this position is to provide highly relational, guest focused leadership to children, families, and volunteers during weekend worship services at Central Campus by leading and developing Guest Services Teams to create safe, welcoming, and excellent ministry environments.
This role leads the team toward a culture of Christ-like hospitality, safety, and care, ensuring that systems, spaces, and people work together to create a consistent and positive experience for every family, especially those attending for the first time. This role requires a strong relational presence. Someone who builds trust with families, equips volunteers to engage with warmth and confidence, and can calmly and wisely navigate challenging or emotionally charged situations.
Ultimately, this role helps create environments where children and families feel seen, valued, loved, and safe so they can experience the love of Christ, grow in community, and take meaningful steps toward becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus.
