Chestermere Christian Fellowship (CCF) is seeking a devoted Lead Pastor to lead our modest-sized, rural-urban community. The core of this role involves expository preaching and teaching, ensuring the Word of God is accurately handled during weekly sermons, and overseeing Bible studies. Beyond the pulpit, the Pastor will provide biblical counseling and intentional discipleship, equipping the congregation to grow in faith, and training new leaders for ministry. Success in this position requires collaborative leadership, working alongside the board and elders to oversee both the spiritual health and operational affairs of the church. Qualified candidates must hold an accredited theological degree, possess at least five years of pastoral experience, and embody the biblical standards for leadership found in 1 Timothy and Titus.
