EMCC National Next Gen Ministry Lead (FT)

The Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada (EMCC) is seeking a relational, collaborative, and spiritually mature leader to serve as our National Next Gen Ministry Lead.
This is an opportunity to help EMCC become an increasingly connected family of healthy, Jesus-centred churches where younger generations are known, formed, trusted, and released into the life and mission of Jesus.
The National Next Gen Ministry Lead will work across the denomination to strengthen existing ministries, build relationships, develop younger leaders, and facilitate collaborative initiatives that support churches, Regional Ministers, camps, colleges, and ministry partners across Canada.
This is not primarily a program-development or direct-service role. Success will come through relationship, influence, listening, collaboration, facilitation, and shared discernment.
