We are seeking an Associate Pastor who wholeheartedly embraces this vision and will help us live it out in practical and meaningful ways.
The Associate Pastor will serve as a key member of the pastoral leadership team, helping to cultivate a healthy church culture, develop leaders, support and strengthen Next Generation ministries, and contribute to preaching and teaching ministries.
This individual will work closely with the Lead Pastor, Elders, ministry leaders, and volunteers to foster spiritual growth, discipleship, and mission throughout the congregation.
