Kitchen Coordinator/Cook (FT)

Rivers Edge Camp is seeking a full-time, year round dedicated and organized Kitchen Coordinator/Cook to bring both culinary expertise and spiritual leadership to the camp community. This dual leadership and hands-on role will oversee daily kitchen and cafe operations, manage inventory and budgets, create menus, and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure exceptional service and timely meals.

As a vital part of the camp’s leadership team, the successful candidate must be a born-again Christian in active church fellowship who is eager to mentor young staff, model Christ-like character, and lead team devotions.

This position requires a valid "G" driver's license for grocery runs, availability for two weekends a month, and the physical stamina to thrive in a fast-paced environment (including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs). Prior restaurant or cafe experience is an asset. Food Safe Handling certification is required and can be provided by the camp, but must be completed prior to the commencement of the role.
