This role exists to help a generation come full circle; where students and young adults are not only discipled, but become disciple-makers.
Through relational discipleship and intentional leadership development, the pastor will raise up leaders who help young people move from attending, to belonging, to influencing their world for Jesus. This pastor will ensure that ministries are healthy, aligned with Bethany’s mission and discipleship pathways, and effectively supported administratively and pastorally.
