Director of Youth and Discipleship (PT)

Faith Church is seeking a part-time Director of Youth and Discipleship for a 20-hour-per-week role in the Kitchener-Waterloo area. The position involves overseeing teaching and programming for students in grades 6 through 12 while recruiting and training youth leaders. Additionally, the director will help to organize the church’s small group ministries and provide spiritual support to leaders of various demographic groups. Collaborative duties include working with the Lead Pastor to facilitate church-wide discipleship events and workshops. Qualified candidates should have a growing relationship with God, preferred theological training, and experience in youth ministry.
