Online - GC2 Coaching Workshop

Though good advice lies deep within the heart, a person with understanding will draw it out
— Proverbs 20:5

Are you looking to establish new rhythms in your weekly leadership practice?

Are you wondering how you can shift from micromanaging your team to cultivating their God-given potential?

Are you spending valuable time solving problems on your own when you would rather exercise relational empowerment?

If you are interested in creating a culture of trust, ownership and growth, GC2 Coaching is a great place to start.

Join leaders from the EMCC Ministry Development Team online for a coaching workshop. In two 4-hour sessions over two days, you will be equipped with simple concepts, valuable skills, relational practices and the follow-up support you need to start your coaching journey.
