The EMCC Business Meeting will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, 1:00PM-2:30PM EDT. It will be held online on Zoom. 

The deadline to register for the AGM is Thursday May 21.

The AGM is an opportunity for our Corporate Member churches* and Individual Members** to come together to deliberate on the business of the EMCC. In the business meeting, Corporate Member churches are represented by their Lay Delegates. Non-voting attendees are also invited to participate, with the knowledge that their participation will be limited to observing the proceedings.

Notices of Meeting have been sent to Corporate Member Churches and Individual Members as of Wednesday May 13th, 2026, with full instruction on how to register and ensure voting participation. If you are a Lay Delegate, or Individual Member, please refer to those instructions before registering. A link to registration is provided in your email.

**Individual Members means EMCC ordained and licensed ministers; EMCC credentialed global workers; EMCC Board of Directors; EMCC Ministry Directors as those are defined in the Bylaws of EMCC.
