Everyone who comes to The Weekend registers as a member of a group. If you don’t have a group to come with, we will find one…let us know! The registration fee covers programming, your campsite, and meals from Saturday breakfast to Sunday lunch. If campers opt out of meals, the price remains the same. Tuck shop, café items and any merchandise are an additional expense.

There is no cost for youth group leaders.Registration Steps
Step 1 - Download the Individual Registration Form (coming soon) and Assumption of Risk form
and distribute the forms to everyone in your group.
Step 2 - One leader, appointed as your registrar, collects all of the completed registration forms, Assumption of Risk forms and fees. Cheques from students should be payable to your church/group.
Step 3 - Using the forms you have collected your registrar will register your group online. Using the online process they will be able to add and change names as your group grows.
Step 4 - Payment can be made using either credit card (during the online process or by cheque. Cheques should be payable to Evangelical Missionary Youth. The group leader should bring $20.00 in cash as a garbage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you when your campsite has been cleaned and you are ready to leave the retreat.
Step 5 - Late registrations should be added to your group by your registrar. Simply have your registrar log into the online registration. There you can change or add names. If you have questions about registration contact Alison at firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 6 - Your registrar should bring to the retreat the completed individual registration forms and Assumption of Risk forms for each person registered, and one cheque to cover any balance owing. When you arrive at the camp only your registrar should report to the office to hand in your individual registration forms, payment, and receive directions about your accommodations.Payment Options
