Delegate Appointment Form
The 2026 AGM will be held online on Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 1:00–4:00 p.m. (ET).
Each member church is encouraged to appoint a delegate to participate in the AGM. We encourage you to complete the Delegate Appointment Form as soon as possible ahead of the meeting.
If your church already has a written procedure established in the church’s bylaws or policy to appoint a lay delegate, please follow your existing procedure.
If your church does not have a written process in either bylaw or policy, then—based upon the authority given in EMCC Bylaw #1, section 4.4.4—the EMCC Board of Directors has approved a policy that asks the governing body of your church to appoint or elect your delegate.
Please note that delegates must be officially appointed by local board resolution and the completed Delegate Appointment Form submitted prior to the meeting.
Official Zoom registration for the AGM will take place following the publication of the Notice of Meeting, on or about April 8, 2026. Further details and registration instructions will be shared at that time.
