Shaun is Chief Operating Officer for Ethnos, focused on the goal of reaching the unreached with the Gospel. He also directs the new ministry among the Inuit in the Arctic, learning what it will take to live and minister in that environment. Mel is Director of Personnel. She spends her time debriefing missionaries, listening and working through issues with them. She helps with completing formal documents for workers, provides phone calls and emails as needed with other directors or field leaders.
