Since 2011, Phil and Carolyn have had a strong call to missionary service, and have been serving in Discipleship and Leadership development in Mexico since 2015. They have been involved in church ministry in Canada for over 20 years. As a pastor, Phil brings a passion for leadership training and enabling effective ministry. As a health worker, Carolyn brings a passion for caring for the whole person. Together, they bring a strong element of encouragement to the ministry as they build capacity to disciple new believers, develop healthy leaders, and reach the indigenous people of Mexico.
