Afonso & Becky seek to come alongside the UIEA denomination of Angola in fulfilling their discipleship vision and strategy. Their primary investment is in the national and regional leadership of the church, to encourage and equip them to understand and experience what discipleship is. These leaders will then invest in the pastors and ministry leaders within their area of leadership. In each region the Chinhamas are involved in pastors training seminars, sharing the vision for discipleship and giving some practical first steps for the personal transformation which must precede multiplication.
