Annual General Business Meeting Updates

Congratulations to John Cressman on His Re-Election as EMCC President!

We are pleased to announce that John Cressman has been re-elected to serve as President of the Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada (EMCC) for another two-year term, concluding at the General Assembly in 2027.

Throughout his presidency, John has provided wise and steady leadership in several key areas. These include strengthening the relationship between the National Board and the President, rebuilding trust and enhancing the effectiveness of the National Team, and fostering a culture of accountability and servant-leadership across the organization.

We thank God for John’s continued leadership and look forward with anticipation to all that He will accomplish through him in the years ahead. We are deeply grateful for his faithful service and invite you to keep John and his wife, Melanie, in your prayers as they continue to serve the Lord together in this next season.
