Derryl & Karen serve as Wycliffe Canada field partner liaisons for the Southeast Asia focus region. They serve a dozen local teams and projects focused on Bible translation, Scripture engagement and literacy development which in turn impact 35+ minority language communities with populations totaling more than 17 million people. They also serve as member care providers for team members serving in the region, offering support, care, encouragement and mentoring. Although not an official part of their job, they also remain passionate about also mobilizing new workers for the SE Asia region.
