Thank you for taking opportunity to view and consider using my message entitled, "... and the Church SURGED Forward!" The message is based on the story of David and Goliath wherein David was used of God to change the course of history. In the same way, we are challenged to consider the kind of people and churches we need to be, in facing the Goliaths of our day. We too can change the course of history IF we will discover what it takes to be a church that surges forward. This message will be preached at Regional Gathering as a call to all our churches to surge!" The recorded message is 22minutes in length.
When ending the message I close with prayer. You may want to use my prayer or be creative and close out the message your way. Here are some ideas about what might work for you and your people:
1. Hear the prayer I pray then close the service with the benediction or what is normal for your people.
2. Do not use my prayer. At the end of my message have your people be quiet before the Lord asking Him, "What are you saying to me? and What do you want me to do with what I just heard?" Then close as is normal for your church.
