Country Hills Church, Kitchener, ON is looking to hire a part-time Youth Ministry Director. The Youth Ministry Director is a 20 hour per week position, focused on discipleship within our church mission. The Youth Ministry Director will be responsible for oversight of our in-person/online Youth Ministry (Gr. 7 – 12) and Young Adult Ministry.

The Youth Ministry Director is an overseer and equipper in our church family and Family Ministry alongside the Children’s Ministry Director to minister beyond our gatherings into the lives of families, teens, and young adults. The Youth Ministry Director will develop and implement a discipling model for those Grade 7 though Young Adults that works alongside parents and families. This individual will need to have the adaptability and flexibility to change methods as ministry and cultural needs determine to accomplish mission. He/she must be committed to the doctrine, mission, vision, strategies, and values of CHC.
