One of the greatest needs within the church today is excellent leadership. This fund has been created to encourage men and women to enroll in pastoral leadership courses in colleges and seminaries and will assist those that qualify, with scholarships.

The Guantanamo Missionary Church is the first Evangelical Missionary Church in Cuba (IEMC). The current facility is wood frame and is falling apart. The building of this church will serve as a central meeting point for many of the churches in the East of Cuba, as well as, house the national church seminary program.
This project is to provide safe living accommodations for the pastor and his family in LaMaya. This house reconstruct also houses the meeting place for one of the two congregations the pastor serves. The existing structure was pretty much destroyed by the recent Hurricane Sandy.
The Evangelical Missionary Church of Cuba (IEMC) has a number of congregations unable to adequately support their pastors. This project will aid in bringing subsidy to a number of extremely poorly paid pastors.
To cover the cost of pastoral visits to develop and maintain a strong relationship with the Leadership of the EMC in Cuba and face-to-face encouragement and pastoral care to the pastors of the EMC in Cuba.
The IEMC (Evangelical Missionary Church of Cuba) has begun a seminary training program to train local church leaders and pastors. Funds for this project will provide assistance for travel for teachers and students, hospitality costs and materials for studies.

This project helps with the set-up costs for a Pastoral Care Centre in Ecuador. The Pastoral Care Centre will help couples and singles in pastoral ministry continue to grow and face the challenges of ministry.

The objective of this project is to train and deploy qualified health care professionals who will provide excellent care in under served, rural areas of Haiti.
This project would provide safe water to several villages outside of Kolkata that are currently using contaminated surface water for drinking and cooking.
Decent toilet facilities will provide better hygiene for all and much better safety conditions for vulnerable girls and young women in several villages on the outskirts of Kolkata, West Bengal, Inida. These will also provide a bridge for sharing Jesus in this largely Hindu community.
The children who attend the tutoring school at Doba Punjab Christian Sabha come with joy & expectation. What they are missing is shoes. A local church is attempting to alleviate this need. This project will assist the local church in addressing this need over the next three years.
