FULL-TIME MISSIONARY OPPORTUNITIES

EMCC WP provides a way for those who sense God’s call to full-time, cross-cultural missionary service to respond to Christ’s commands to take the Gospel to everyone and to make disciples of all people.

Mexico
We are looking for full-time people who are passionate about sharing Christ and learning the language and culture. We are looking for people in the following areas;

• Pastoral Training

Romania
We are looking for full-time people who are passionate about making disciples and networking with people, learning the language and culture. We are looking people in the following areas;

• Pastoral Training and Networking
• Community Development

Portugal
We are seeking couples or families to work in friendship evangelism and disciple making. Full-time commitment is needed as well as learning the language and culture of Portugal. We are looking for people in the following areas;

• Disciple Making
• Church Planting

Quebec
We are seeking couples and families to work in friendship evangelism and disciple making. A full-time commitment is needed as well as learning the French language and culture of Quebec.

North Africa
We are recruiting people with a call to work in the Muslim world to help build a team in a North African country. We are looking for people to use their professional skill to work with a Christian Non-Government Organization (NGO). A full-time commitment is needed as well as learning Arabic, French and the culture of the people.

Applicants will go through an application process to affirm their call and suitability for ministry. Information regarding qualifications and the application procedure are available by contacting the EMCC Calgary office or by visiting our website.

Short-term mission teams provide an opportunity for people to use their skills and resources cross-culturally in global mission. A mission trip is first and foremost a learning experience, it allows for learning about: the people and culture of a country, global mission through hands-on experience, you as you are stretched, challenged and used by God in exciting ways.

El Salvador – Teams focus on two areas of ministry. One is building simple pre-fabricated houses for the poor and homeless. Second is ministry with and through participation in local churches. Most opportunities range from 9 days to two weeks.

Mexico – Teams focus on helping a local congregation of the Missionary Church of Mexico by participating in ministry and a construction project with the local congregation. Most opportunities range 10-12 days.

Haiti – We have two types of ministry teams to Haiti. One consists of medical personnel to conduct clinics in rural areas and the second is building teams to help with church building construction. Most trips are two weeks.

Romania – We have ministry opportunities to children and their families in the communities where we have strategic Romii ministry. We also have building projects from time to time that need to be carried out. Most opportunities are two weeks.

Quebec – In support of our ministry in church planting, teams can come alongside the house church network to help provide outreach into various communities. Cost varies as to location of your departure.

Ireland – Liesel Reimer EMCC WP Missionary is working at the Dublin Christian Mission, focusing on inner-city youth and families. Opportunities for summer camp teams to help are available.

South Africa – Opportunities for building teams and individuals interested in HIV/AIDS child care for Rehoboth Ministries near Port Shepstone.
