SABBATICAL RESOURCES

The following are printed resources to assist pastors and churches in their discussion about pastors' sabbaticals. While they do not reflect any direct EMCC policies, we do see the wisdom in understanding "burnout", and in discussing, working towards, and implementing sabbaticals with clear goals and intentionality. We have found that sabbaticals, when entered intentionally, can produce much needed restoration in the pastorate. If you desire further input about sabbaticals, please contact one of our Regional Ministers.
